WARRANTY
Effective January 01, 2009 Bomar Crystal will warranty all Land mobile crystals and elements manufactured by Bomar Crystal against defective materials and workmanship for one calendar year of purchase for the radio or pager for which they were manufactured, except where harsh treatment or user negligence is the cause of failure.  Warranty is good for the original purchaser only and must provide proof of purchase with return.
